Return & Exchange Policy

All items are carefully made to order making every piece final sale to avoid overproduction. If you have any inquiries about sizing prior to purchase kindly contact studios@lisa-keane.com and we will be happy to help you.

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from purchase to do so. Please ensure item is in original condition, not damaged or lost in shipping from purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery confirmation.

Products are either made to order or made of a limited quantity, expect delivery of item within 14 days from order placement. We ship from the United kingdom at the following costs:

EU countries : £50.00
Canada & USA: £50.00

Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Lisa Keane
